Condition of Items:​ All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Return Shipping:​ For returns based on personal preference (e.g., you don't like it or no longer want it), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service .

We will issue a full refund for the item's purchase price upon verifying its return. Once processed, please allow 3-10 business days​ for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. If you don't see the refund after 10 business days, please contact us.

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States, all European Union member states, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Please note that deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Military (APO/FPO) addresses, and P.O. Boxes are not available at this time

You can expect to receive your order in about 4 to 7 business days. This includes 1-2 business days to prepare your shipment, followed by 3-5 business days for transit to your doorstep.
